Missouri is providing corporations that want to run health-related cannabis facilities much more time to file applications.
The state’s Division of Overall health and Senior Solutions extended the deadline till four:30 p.m. Monday. The deadline was scheduled to finish Saturday.
Director Randall Williams stated in a statement that the agency discovered through the early days of accepting applications that it was valuable to have representatives obtainable to answer concerns for applicants.
He stated the division is expecting a massive quantity of applications to be submitted in a brief quantity of time and desires to assure all the applicants get the assist they have to have.
The division stated 236 applications have been submitted.
The state plans to license 60 cultivation facilities, 192 dispensaries, 86 health-related marijuana-infused manufacturing facilities and 10 testing labs.
